penang... and the wonders of it...

Okay,, so going to penang was a good idea after all... I was so upset to go... but I found my way of liking it... I actually was going to finish my homework,, but oh well....

So I sat quietly during the WHOLE drive there... It was so boring... but luckily I brought my nintendo ds along... (that really, REALLY helped)I turned my gaze outside... when I suddenly saw the penang bridge... that bridge a certain someone told me about.... it was alrite.. I guess...

2.00 p.m.

I knew that time... LUNCH TIME!!!!!!!!! and I was so hungry, I could've ate that dog that kept following us and licking my toes... but then, we came across this restaurant.... (forgotten the name) and went inside... I could smell the assam laksa, curry me, popiah... wow!!!!! My stomach was aching even more and more... I made a quick look around... I noticed the Char Kuey Teow stall... and ran over there... the line was so long... I almost changed my mind.. but you know.. Which char kuey teow lover will give up char kuey teow!! here is the pic..

Really really awesome....

So my stomach was so full.... I walked around,, wandering around the place... I could see the beach... so,, as you expected, I went there... haha... awesome...

it was high tide,, so couldn't really walk on the beach... I noticed the fishes that were washed onto the shore when the waves hit... they looked like they were dying... I could've gotten a picture... but my camera went out of battery....( shit)... but that was seriously funny...

I stared at the blue green sea,, and really fell in love with it... it was amazing,, watching the waves hit,, listen to the sounds of the waves... feeling the island breeze... my mind flew away,, like leaves.... okay... so this was why they wanted to come here.... it was so calm...

but remembering the tsunami that hit this particular beach, the peace went away... just imagine... all the dead people... ( URGH! YUCK! BLEK!)

At the end of the day,, it wasn't so bad.. we ended up staying at this really cool shallet,, freaking cool... the pool even... wow.... the best weekend of my life.... just relaxing there....

so,, it was okay.... I really did enjoy myself..
